I grew up in Detroit and recently returned to the Midwest after 25 years in Phoenix. After spending my life in large cities, I now live on a little farm in a Nebraska county that has fewer people than some of the hockey games I’ve been to. I live with my husband, three dogs and an ill-tempered cat named Boehner.
